Laviganne
The Laviganne gîte welcomes you to Le Vigan, a pretty little village close to Gourdon. It is ideally located 20 km from Sarlat and 20 km from Rocamadour in a wooded area called La Bouriane. Recently renovated, the holiday home offers serenity and tranquility in a large wooded and flowery garden. Enough sunny places to be able to enjoy the good weather.
Interior
The Gite consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, a second WC, a living room, a TV room and a well-equipped kitchen. New bedding, very neat house.
Outside
Gite Laviganne is equipped with a private swimming pool and the garden is fully fenced with an automatic gate.
Surroundings
Le Vigan is located in the beautiful Lot/Dordogne region in the South West of France. Gourdon, the capital of Bouriane, a few kilometers away, is a picturesque little town with many fascinating side streets leading to the church and the "Table d'Orientation" which offers stunning 360 degree views of the Bouriane countryside. On the circular route around the town you will find a variety of excellent restaurants and cafe bars where you can sit and watch the world go by. There are also several supermarkets and bakeries selling delicious pastries, breads and croissants. Tuesday and Saturday markets sell local produce. This beautiful region is full of places to visit on pleasant roads to drive at any time of the year. There are also many activities to practice such as canoeing on the Dordogne river (8 km), hot air ballooning (20 km), swimming and fishing in the lake (4 km), 18-hole golf course (17 km) and l 'horse riding. Rocamadour (one of the most visited places in France), Sarlat and the "Vallée des Châteaux" are all easily accessible, as are the vineyards of Cahors where you can taste the excellent wines of the Lot. Of course, if you prefer, you can just sit by the pool and soak up the sun or relax under the trees with a book.
