Welcome to this truly perfect holiday home in Terrasson Lavilledieu, in the heart of Dordogne. You will immediately fall in love with this beautifully renovated house, featuring its own private pool (heated) and a large jacuzzi!

Interior

Sourcette has four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom to ensure your privacy. One of the bedrooms is hidden above the living room and has its own jacuzzi (for 6 people). Downstairs is the spacious living room, where you can prepare delicious meals for your family or friends in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a central cooking island. A Nescafe Dolce Gusto NEO machine with plenty of cups is available. In the lounge, you can cozy up on the comfortable sofa by the wood stove, or gather around the dining table for a meal together.

Outside

The large terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun with a drink in hand, or to have a barbecue. The spacious, partially enclosed garden boasts a beautiful private pool (heated). Two terraces are available for outdoor dining.

Environments

Sourcette is located at the gateway to Périgord Noir. Brive and the Corrèze River are just 20 minutes away. The legendary Sarlat la Canéda and all the surrounding tourist attractions are 40 minutes away. Montignac Lascaux and its famous caves are 25 minutes away. Local amenities are a 10-minute drive away. Terrasson has many restaurants, supermarkets, a charming old town, and city walls to explore, as well as the Jardin de l’Imaginaire.

Activities

Many activities are offered in the area, such as hiking, canoeing, museum visits, tree climbing for children, and more. The Dordogne valley is full of beautiful spots waiting to be discovered.

Christel takes great care of her guests, and her house is magnificent. It is tastefully renovated, spacious and very well equipped. We lacked nothing for 4 couples. The hamlet is in the countryside, perfect for watching the stars and birds! A beautiful walk along the quiet little roads allows you to go down to Terrasson, a pretty town of character like so many in the region, with restaurants, artisans and everything you need for everyday life. By car, it is 10 minutes away. Lots of activities to do, hiking, cycling and mountain biking, visits to very pretty villages or producers, producers' markets which allow you to party almost every day, canoeing on the Vézère in St Léon or Saillant .... and we eat so well with local products! Thank you for these very nice holidays with friends.
