Mandarre
Mandarre is an ideal holiday ensemble for large groups or for families / friends who like to go on holiday together but also want some privacy from time to time. This absolutely fantastic property consists of a very beautiful large holiday home with impressive roof construction and a very attractive living room where you can enjoy the French pleasures of life together (max 16 persons + baby). Enjoy the view, the peace and quiet, play a game of jeu de boule or ping pong together and relax on the covered or open terrace. The Ensemble offers a country house with 2 separate gites for 4 people each (if you want to have dinner in your own gite, both gites also offer their own kitchen / living room). The main house offers ample space for 8 people (with possibly 2 babies) and both gites are located independently behind the main house.
Interior
The main house has a spacious open plan sitting area with DVD, TV, stereo (radio / CD) and dining area.
A wide staircase leads to the semi-open kitchen (also accessible via the east facing terrace), where you can cook on the 6-burner electric stove, and of course you will find an oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer combination. A smaller refrigerator is still available in the other corner of the kitchen.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a cot and a high chair available. On the first floor, the layout is as follows: bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, two bedrooms with a wide double bed. (1.60 x 2 m) and an extra single bed. The two gites are as follows: they have an open kitchen with microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and all cooking and dining equipment; a bedroom with a wide double bed (1.60 x 2 m), one gite has a bathroom with bath and shower, sink and toilet, all spacious enough so that wheelchair users can stay here, the other gite has a walk-in shower and a separate room with toilet and sink. Upstairs: a mezzanine with 2 x single beds and a sitting area with sofa.
Outside
The large heated swimming pool is located next to the main house in a beautiful garden of no less than 4000m2. . The view is very wide and includes meadows, woods and views. There are cozy corners everywhere with various sun loungers around the pool and garden furniture to enjoy.
Particularities
• Beach towels not included, towel set can be rented
• For reasons of tranquility, this house is not rented to groups of young people
Surroundings
The area offers something for everyone: cozy villages with food and flea markets, you can enjoy hiking and cycling here, but you should also visit a local winery, and visit the cities of Cahors, Montauban, Agen or Villeneuve sur Lot.
