La Perronniere
Huge and very comfortable holiday home located close to the very famous village of Saint Cirq Lapopie. This holiday home "La Perronniere" will offer you èverything to have a wonderful stay. In the summer, you can enjoy both the inside and the outside. In the garden, dive into the pool or have fun playing a game of pétanque; inside, cool off thanks to the reversible air conditioning throughout the house. Lying in one of the sun loungers, you can observe the view of the rock of Saint Cirq Lapopie, while enjoying the calm of the countryside. Not far from the tourist activities that the Lot Valley can offer, this holiday house is ideal for stays where you get together but outside the high season it is an ideal romantic retreat also for couples!

Inside
The Perronniere house has 8 bedrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (with adapted bathroom).
Entrance hall with table football and direct access to the terrace. Open and very well equipped kitchen. Living room with TV. The house is built in a U shape: in the right part, 3 bedrooms each with two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a 180x200 bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an annex room/pantry with an additional refrigerator. In the left part: a games room with TV, 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with 160x200 bed (including the one with access for people with reduced mobility) and 2 with each two 90x200 beds that can be converted into a 180x200 bed. 2 bathrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (WC with grab bar, large open shower, and adapted shower seat). Laundry.
Outside
Salt pool secured by a roller shutter with automatic disinfection (5x10 / depth 1m40 max.), bowling alley, parking. Large terrace around the house.
Environment
Several castles and fortified houses made up the Lapopie fort and dominate the village. Below the fort, the streets of the village, closed by fortified gates, numerous old houses whose stone or half-timbered facades date mostly from the 13th to the 16th century. The two main towns in the Lot region are Figeac and Cahors, and a little further in the Aveyron department, Villefranche-de-Rouergue, all within a 40-minute drive. With its long history, the region is rich in attractions.
Activities
Many leisure activities are available: hiking and horse riding on the many marked trails, cycling around the peaceful villages, or canoeing on the white waters of the River and even water skiing (the plan of Cajarc water). Bird watching, trout and freshwater fish fishing, photography and painting.
