For 4 to 5 people (4 + baby), a lovely holiday house of 73 m2 with its private and secured swimming pool on a plot of approximately 1500 m2 partially fenced. Ideal for a couple with or without child(ren) or 2 couples. The house is located in Laborie Madone, a small hamlet not far from the beautiful village of Salviac in the Lot. Bright and comfortable house.
Interior
This holiday home has: 2 nice bedrooms, each with a two-persons bed and its own wardrobe, a bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hair dryer, etc.), a separate WC, a laundry room (washing machine, iron...), a fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher,...) and a living room (sofa, coffee table, cabinet with TV...). Upstairs a nice space which can be used to retire during the day or to work remotely (there is a small desk). In this space there is also a day bed for 2 people and a baby bed.
Outside
A real private swimming pool 6 x 3 (depth: 1.40 m) secured with its wooden terrasses which can be closed and opened. Sun loungers and a parasol, a drying rack and a dining area under a pergola with barbecue complete the exterior of this friendly house.

It is located at the edge of a small hamlet in the countryside 3 km from all shops and services Excellent walks from the house. Many activities or outings are offered by the tourist office of the town of Salviac. You are halfway between the Dordogne valley and the Lot valley, close to major tourist sites such as: Sarlat in Périgord Noir, the Château de Castelnaud, the bastide town of Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Cénac-et-Saint-Julien, but also Rocamadour “Citadel of Faith”, the Gouffre de Padirac (and other caves), Saint-Cirq Lapopie listed medieval village. You will also be able to taste the pleasures of the table of our region and for the more sporty, you will also be able to find outings for mountain biking, hiking, canoeing or horse riding.
