Everything was ok for us except for 1 point. For a large group (like us) of 10 people, there is an absolute need for a second fridge, a second kitchen is provided but no second fridge, this was a disturbing factor for us.
A second point is for the future, as it gets warmer and warmer, air conditioning is absolutely necessary (it was sometimes more than 30 degrees in the rooms, which was disturbing for the children) This is not a criticism but an advice for the future. Furthermore, it is definitely recommended.

Our stay was really outstanding - the house offers plenty of space, the decor is extremely stimulating and the area is very quiet, so there is enough space for relaxation for everyone. In short: we enjoyed every hour of the two weeks in this greatful house with it‘s beautiful pool and splendid  garden.

The housekeeper is extremely accommodating and comes immediately if something is needed.

We had an amazing holiday! We really didn’t want to leave and seriously considering a change of life style and moving to France!

The holiday home was superb and a great place to spend time with the family and the family dog!

What a lovely house to stay for a week! We were with our family (4), grandparents and two dogs. Because the house is built in two parts, grandpa and grandma had their own sleeping floor with bathroom and so did we as a family. The garden is really well fenced so that our dogs could roam through the garden.
Very nice that the pool was already open (we were there the first week of May) and even though the water was still cold, we swam every day.

In short, a place to return to!

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful villa. The villa is spacious and ideal for us. I would recommend this villa to anyone who enjoys country living .

We navigated to Muguet easily enough and arrived a few metres from the villa without realising where it was but the owner arrived within minutes to show us.

A pictorial map of Muguet and a name plate outside would be helpful. With nine of us staying we accumulated a lot of rubbish. We did not know when the rubbish should be put out so missed the rubbish uplift.

Minor points to an otherwise perfect stay. The owners where more than helpful during our stay and I wouldn't hesitate in going back.

Sorry for the delayed reply, but I´ve been very busy.

We had a great stay at Vila Paola back in July. Definitely lovely house, in a very quiet place, ideal to rest and relax.

The house is nice, spacious, and the owner  (who lives very close) is super nice and helpful. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the garden great too. We travelled with our dog, and the fact that is completely fenced really is a plus.

We had a wonderful holiday, the only bad bit was having to come home so quickly. One week wasn’t enough.

Recommendations: It would have been great to have a folder of recommended restaurants, bakeries, where to put the rubbish, where the supermarkets were.  Also it would have been good to have recommendations of what to do in the area (swimming in the French lakes, Cycling on tracks etc).  The Mule Blanche was amazing.

I would also recommend better bedroom pillows (sore neck all week) J

The villa was wonderful, great pool! Clean, good location, lovely  area.

I would also say that I have travelled to France on many occaisions.  This was the friendliest area I have ever stayed in – by far.  What happy chatty locals!
